Joel Carlaw has served as a pastor at Hartland since 2017,  having previously served as a missionary, along with his wife Christine, in Ireland. Joel and Steve work collaboratively to pastor the church.

Dana keeps everything organized and manages the office at Hartland.

Steve joined us as a pastor in 2024, having previously served as the Executive Director of YFC Prince George for 10 years.  He and his wife Stephanie have two kids.  Steve and Joel work together as a team to pastor the church.
