Joel Carlaw has served as a pastor at Hartland since 2017,  having previously served as a missionary, along with his wife Christine, in Ireland. Joel and Steve work collaboratively to pastor the church.

Steve joined us as a pastor in 2024, having previously served as the Executive Director of YFC Prince George for 10 years.  He and his wife Stephanie have two kids.  Steve and Joel work together as a team to pastor the church. 

Dennis Jaycox joined our staff team in a part time role in 2026, taking leadership of our Seniors' Ministry.   Having served as a pastor in Grassy Plains and Cecil Lake, BC for a combined 24 years,  Dennis brings a wealth of experience and a passion tfor people to know that they are loved unconditionally, that they are significant in the eyes of their Creator, and that there is hope in Jesus.  He and his wife Rose have been married for 45 years.
